  They are good organized. We arrived at the building, and to enter you have a keycode (you get the code after reservation). Inside the building ther is a withe box with 6 drivers, you type the code they sent you after the reservation, and you get the key out for your apartment. There is a folder with your name, inside that folder there are all the... what people say » info to reach your apartment, all the info for the parking, all the info for the kitchen as well for the WI-FI connection...and so on. The design ins - When we arrived we were greeted by a friendly male that helped us with parking and getting to our apartment. The apartment (we booked the Mistral) had a binder with our name on it (nice touch) that listed all codes, rules, parking instructions, etc. When we arrived in the apartment it was spotless! I am really picky about the cleanliness of hotels and I could not find anything wrong with this one! Décor was current, the living room was cozy, furniture leather so easy to clean, my children bedro

  The hotel is well situated and amongst one of the cleanest we have stayed in. The rooms are well appointed with the bathrooms being outstandingly clean.   Absolutely everything! Our rooms were very spacious, clean and actually looked like the pictures on the website! Our hosts were incredible and we would highly recommend staying at the Bonobo for families because of the extra space. The breakfasts were very good, location is great - we walked from the train station with our luggage with no proble... what people say » ms and were very close to the main areas of town. - This hotel was one of the best that I've ever stayed. The service was excellent. The manager took a keen interest on ensuring that any questions were answered and went out of his way to be as helpful as possible. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Brugge. Great location too! Parking in the lot was also a very nice feature. Rooms were very large and nicely decorated.

The house is in a great location, very close to the central sights, good restaurants, canalside but in a quiet area.   The apartment was excellent and well equipped the landlord was so helpful and polite, the location was minutes from the beach, shops and tram network. - Good standard of accommodation, very helpful staff (nothing was of any trouble) and well situated for our purpose (cycling in and around the region).
