  We loved our three day stay at Hotel Welcome. It is delightful and while we considered many hotels in Brussels, we ended up at the best and are so glad we choose it. Every staff member was friendly and helpful, the accomodations are wonderful, great breakfast and the airport shuttle is a real plus. Crazy/originally equipped and decorated rooms - very creative. Very friendly and helpful staff. Relatively well working wifi - each floor has own AP.   We stayed in the one bedroom unit with our two young children. The room was large with a small but functional, fully equipped kitchen. The children slept comfortably on a pullout couch which converted into two twin beds. The bedroom had two single beds which, unfortunately, were quite firm and uncomfortable. Very friendly and helpfull staff. For a stay longer than 4 nights they don't clean the room (unless you ask and pay for it) but

  The location was great. The apartment was spacious and well equipped. The kitchen has everything for those who wish to cook- even dish washing liquid! There are extra duvets and pillows and also an ironing board and an iron. The parking (upon reservation) is on the basement of the building so it is a matter of just taking the elevator up.   I have stayed at this hotel several times over the last 10-15 yrs as I work with the E.U. on several projects. I grew fond of this hotel especially because the owner (?) -a very polite lady- always made us feel very welcome. I asked about her when we stayed there last week, but the staff told me she comes to the hotel only on weekends. The beds were clean and comfortable --my kids liked the lofted bed area. Overall it was a small space, but that didn't really matter to us. We had a great view out the front of the building with a balcony.

  This flat had everything! Spacious with a terrace. Very luxurious for one person staying for one night - I mean there were washing machine, dish washer, freezer, fridge - simply a regular flat. Double bed plus a sofa that could probably become a 2nd double bed. Right in the centre opposite La Bourse. Did not see any staff but had a code for access... what people say » . - The penthouse flat was large, clean, well equipped and very welcoming. The location in unbeatable. The reception was super fast at replying by email when the door codes didn't arrive and provided an emergency number, which we didn't use.
