Perfect location, even to park the car (for free) it's pretty easy in the weekend. Really charming place, quiet and cosy. The information was really clear, personal was nice and really honest. Next time, I'll book the same! It's been the best experience in Brussels ever!. This was a great option for couple with teenager - freedom to eat in or go out. Very spacious and pleasant apartment. Very clean and comfortable. A great place to stay and will definitely stay again when in Brussels. Convenient location and very helpful staff.

The electric sluice gate at the main entrance: in case of fire (and consequent blackout) it would be very dangerous. 2. The stairs too narrow would be a deadly pain for anybody with any kind of inabilities. nichts.no real problems, but staircase is narrow, but like that didn't bother me at all. Appartment is a 15 min walk from office, which we expected, but directions were not the most clear. A little stressful when dragging two children through a new place in the dark. But have to say the office staff were very friendly and helpful.The only think is that if you leave on Sunday they can hold the luggage for you. Provide a friendlier service.unpectedly far away from city centre. one guy (I assumed he is a staff) followed us to the room and looked at some water tank in the room but without saying anything to us. We felt kinda odd and rude. He asked if I speak French and didnt explain anything to me after I said no. He ignored me whatever I asked. lugging a suitcase up three flights of very narrow stairs. poor qualty of the audio/video system. Guests should be aware that they need to check in early.There was noise from the Pizza takeaway downstairs form 5.30pm til 11pm and until 2.30am on the Friday. You had asked us not to be noisy or disturb the neighbours but we found the constant Europop annoying and intrusive. We would warn future users of the apartment too about the city centre noise from the traffic and the pizza takeaway if we were to recommend this otherwise perfect apartment. The lack of a balcony. The stairs to reach the apartement were very "small" and it was difficult to carry the luggage upstairs. It was not at the address that was advertised.There was no hot water and the heating didnt work!. Wireless internet did not work at any time. Loud, inconsiderate neighbours.It caused us a problem the late check-in time (14.00). The beds were horrible. All the furniture is from Ikea and is the cheapest possible. The main bed consisted of a foam "mattress" on wooden slats. These kept falling apart. The twin bed mattresses in the other room were also just cheap foam so soft that you could barely sit on the beds. Since we only required two of the three beds, one was left witha bare mattress-very unattractive.There were water leaks throughout the flat. The electricity failed and it was almost an hour before anyone came to investigate. Kitchen utensils needs to be clean.

Please note that the reception is open from 10:00 until 22:00 from Monday to Friday, and from 10:00 until 18:00 on Saturday. It is closed on Sunday and National Holidays. If you expect to arrive outside front desk hours, please inform ApartmentsApart at least 40 minutes prior to arrival. Please note that arrivals after 22:00 are subject to a late check-in fee of 30 EUR. Please note that a refundable damage deposit of 300 EUR will be blocked on your credit card upon check-in. This deposit will be unblocked upon check-out providing no damages have been caused. It is not possible to provide the deposit in cash. For reservations of more than 2 apartments, terms and conditions vary. The accommodation will contact you if this rule applies. Please note that ApartmentsApart is in a car-free zone. Please contact the accommodation for information about car access. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: 23 Rue Grétry, 1000 BE Brussels.
