  When we first noticed the hotel flags we were impressed by the location. The hotel is so close to the hub and centre of Brussels, we were able to walk everywhere. Upon arrival, we were greeted by an incredibly friendly and welcoming recepitionist, she was full of smiles. The hotel was, in our view, was very luxurious. The price of the accomodation was a bargain f - I've been in this hotel many times for business trip. The position of the hotel is perfect. Close to the city center (grand place etc.) and close to central station. Very very close to "La morte subite" serving the famous flavored beer and to the Galeries Royales Saint-Hubert (glamour shopping arcade). Free wifi, clean room (I don't like the choice of the colors of some rooms... too brown, but it is a very personal judgment). Great breakfast! Many good options (and I'm Italian and picky!).

  Modern rooms and decor. Everything was very clean, and suprisingly eco-friendly. Lovely breakfast. The reception staff were extremely helpful. I enjoyed my stay and will easily go back there - Perfectly situated close to both the central station and city center. The room was quiet and the breakfast very good.

  The hotel has an exellent location next to Grand Place, in the middle of the most vibrant part of Brussels. It is located on the nice square. The staff is friendly an helpful, room was clean and warm,and was facing a nice square. The hotel is also close to the metro station. They are all multilingual and very knowledgable about the surrounding area and have suggestions about what to do in the Brussels area. I like the green action (if you don't want your room to be cleaned every day, they aprriciate this by giving you a voucher). The eco-friendly character of the hotel is an added value in itself. It was my first stay and I was very positive surprised by the fact that one hour free use of internet is included in the room rate and I could also print my boarding pass for free. I will try to book this hotel in the future.
