We were met when we arrived at the door and made to feel very welcome. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The location was good with easy access to all sights in Brussells. Very good value for money. Good location, clean and most of all friendly and helpful staffs.I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and it was pretty enough to understand that the whole atmosphere of this hotel is very nice. The hotel has an excellent location, close to the City centre and main shopping area. As 4 the room - I had a tiny, really nice one. My room was more like a comfortable suite and was very good, although it looked onto the backyard area at the back of hotel.
