I liked the quietness, overall noise isolation is fairly good (city center outside is noisy; the elevator is almost unhearable, and so was the fridge or noises of other guests)
the hotel reminds "the old good times", good for those who prefer "a soul" and cosy room instead of room in sterile hotel chains
though the room was very small, it in fact contained everything a traveller needs (a table, a warddrobe, a quiet fridge, etc.)

Friendly staff, a parking garage near the hotel for 15 euro's a day, wifi, the room was nice and clean, very close to metro station Botanique, a supermarket (Carrefour) next to the hotel. We didn't ate breakfast at the hotel, but bought some orange juice and croissants in the supermarket and ate them on a bench in the park next to Botanique.

Though it is a small hotel with around 13 rooms it is very cosy. The hotel is built around 1930s and thus creates a very lovely atmosphere, with original reception and bar interior still intact. It has good location in the city center (close to both metro and tram), big and spacious bed, proper shower. Breakfast was allright. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
