The hotel was exactly what we were looking for in terms of a city-trip: quiet, clean, easily accessible from one of the main train stations, walking distance to city center, and very good value for money. The location of the hotel is very good. Very near to the metro stations, shopping centers and Gare Du Nord. It takes 15 minutes from Gare Du Nord to the hotel by walk. The hotel is clean, always full but very quiet. The staff is perfect. They are very helpful and could speak very good English. I would definitely stay in Hotel Belmont again.Near to the city center, to the nord station, to the metro and to a bigcommercial center. Great position and very nice hotel staff. The room was kind of smallish - but then again - depends on what you expect and what you pay for :). Check out time shall be bit flexible. We chekced in at 5 pm and had to check out at 9 am as we wanted to go out. The family room shall have a double bed. Also the triple room had makeshift bed of Sofa Set. It was actually double room converted to triple occupancy. Bit inconvenient for a family. noisy aerea and heating system.Soft, sinking beds. Lack of shower stalls. Wireless internet is available only on the first and second floor, not in the whole hotel.The Bed felt like it was built in a u shape! However i didnt suffer too much. Bed was way too soft and a bit small. Price doubled due to scarcity in rooms (big fair in Brussels) - therefore poor price / quality ratio.

Hotel Belmont is a small hotel that provides personal service but meets International Standards. It has been entirely renovated in 2005.
Travelling information
By car:
- From the E19 Paris motorway, take the exit Anderlecht.
- Follow the sign for “Centre”, straight on until Gare du Midi.
- Take Boulevard Lemonnier and drive past the Stock Exchange to reach Place de Brouckère.
- At the crossing, turn left onto Boulevard Emile Jacqumain.
- At the 2nd set of traffic lights, turn left and you will see the hotel on your left.
- From the E40 Liège motorway, take the exit Centre Bruxelles and head towards "Centre/Rue de la Loi".
- Drive onto Rue de la Loi until you reach the crossing for Avenue des Arts, then turn right and enter the tunnel.
- Exit at E. Jacqumain/Rogier and carry on straight up to the 3rd set of traffic lights.
- The hotel will be just after the traffic lights, on your left.
- From the E19 Anvers motorway, take the exit 9 Jette and carry on straight up to the Koekelberg Basilica.
- Take the tunnel towards the city centre and exit at "Rogier/Botanique".
- Keep heading towards the city centre and you will arrive on Boulevard Anvers.
- The hotel will be 100 meters away, on your right, after the set of traffic lights.
By plane:
- From Brussels National Airport, a regular train service links the airport with the main stations in Brussels (3 trains per hour). Get off at Gare du Nord and follow the directions below*.
By train:
- From Gare du Midi (Eurostar Terminal), take Tram 23, 52 or 56 heading towards Gare du Nord. Get off at Rogier station and follow the signs for Boulevard Adolphe Max. The hotel is about 150 meters from this station.
- From *Gare du Nord, head towards Centre/Rogier. At Place Rogier, cross the Boulevard du jardin Botanique and turn right onto Boulevard d’Anvers, following the signs for Koekelberg Basilica. The hotel is about 150 meters after the traffic lights.
