  It was a wonderful hotel in a perfect location. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and there were thoughtful special offers, such as the possibility to check out at 5 on a sunday, and have the breakfast buffet as late as 12.00 on sunday: there was also possibility to select one's favourite type of pillow! which i thought was simply wonderful.... what people say » The beds were very comfortable. - Great location on the square within walking distance of many points of interest. I intend to stay at the Grand Sablon whenever I happen to be in Brussels. A huge plus was the weekend special, which made it very affordable. Comfortable, spotless, staff very accommodating. Great charm and also calm and quiet. Excellent night's sleep.

The neighborhood was interesting, quiet, unthreatening, and convenient to Brussels attractions.
