It was convenient for my visit and friendly staff. The cleanliness of the room. Proximity to the center. business trip. Staff was really excelent. I get more, than I expect from two stars hotel - f. e there was the towels, and it was change every day. The room was cleaned every day. It was nice.Cheap and cheerful. It's not grand or flashy, but then it's not particularly expensive. quiet surrounding, location almost in the center, near European institutions. Good location, quiet rooms, relatively good value for money. staff was kind and helpful. A glass or a cup. Staff were very helpful and quick to tell us in advance of potential problems (like lift not working and our room was on the fourth floor!). The location, up a narrow, sinister-looking back street, could be off-putting, but it's actually not as bad as it seems at first, and has its own special character. poor quality of wifi internet. In the start i couldn't open the room with the plastic key, at arrival a pigeon was in the bathroom due to an open window, but otherwise a room/hotel was OK. The fact that we could hear the door bell day and night whenever someone was entering the hotel. There was a funny smell in the building, and the room was rather small. I found my personal data including credit card info at hotel reception. This opens potential for misuse. I was not informed that my room will be without toilet, even in the reception.The room was really tiny and not very comfrotable. The road leading to the hotel has no lighting, is very dark and dangerous. There were some very dubious types hanging about. I feel that using this hotel could be very dangerous. My bed was infested with bed-bugs. I did not realise until a couple of hours after I checked out as the bites take a while to react. I found about 30 bites on my body and it was definitely from this hotel.Maybe walls are very thin so very noisy. I booked a room in the Sun Hotel, hotel room was very small, noisy and the street which led to it looked as if it was a large waste container (it was owful to walk to the hotel). Such informations were not presented in your service but they had to be there!. value for money. Facilities are worn out (terrible smell from the shower cabin), hotel seemed to be out of clean towels as for two days I was given just one towel.Some waste water (from other wc) come out from the shower cabin platebung-hole!. The fact that there is only one WC on the floor for few rooms!. Third World Toilet Facilities. Toilet in room did not flush. This hotel should be struck off your website. WC outside the room. The smallest bathroom what I have ever seen, without possibility to wash your face ?!!!. The bathroom smelled very badly everyday and the room was too litle. The bed was unconfortable. We left earlier than the reservation. my non smoking room was smelling cigarette - a nightmare. My window had been left open all day and outdoor temp was 7 degrees, no heater on...I had a colleague that came and they overbooked him, instead of calling him in advance they proposed to put him in another hotel on the other side of the city! this hotel should be fully renovated.
