Quirky, stylish, superbly-located establishment, just off a pretty and quiet little square, five minutes' walk from the Grand-Place. It's a tiny place - only three bedrooms, each occupying one floor of a narrow building whose ground fllor used to be a butchers' shop (tiles walls and meat-hooks still in evidence). In spite of the small size of the building, each room is quite large, and individually decorated, with eccentric but attractive touches. Huge bathroom too. Excellent continental style .

The hotel was charming, funky, loaded with atmosphere and plenty of well thought out renovations. Breakfast was delicious. Our suite was quiet, spacious with very comfy bed and a great view over the street below. We liked the quirky hotel & proximity to everything. If you're in a rush or used to typical hotel rules? This is not the place for you. The continental breakfast the next day was a perfect end to a wonderful weekend in Brussels - thank you Le Coup!. The rooms where very clean and well designed. The breakfast served was perfect. We got very good suggestions about different restaurants in Brussels. Both owners where very friendly and willing to help. The design is very nice. Music in the room is a must. the room is large and the bed comfortable. hosts are very welcoming. It is in the heart of old and living Brussels. I warmly recommend this BnB. Lack of signage on front of hotel makes it difficult to find. (it looks like a cafe). No facilities to make tea and coffee, we brought our own travel kettle. Also didn't have bath only shower. Stairs can be tricky for travellers with large baggage or people of older age. As per letsbookhotel.com, credit cards are accepted, but we actually had to pay in cash. This is old house, so there is no lift. The fourty steps.
