A large, clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated flat with kitchen facilities, an excellent bed, and located in a quiet neighborhood. It is very close to the Central Train Station and just steps away from the historic Grand Place. Audrey, the owner, was very friendly and helpful, and even accompanied us to Central Station and put us on our train to the airport.
We loved the style and decor of the flat - spacious and very close (within easy walking distance) to Grand Place. Although very central no outside noise could be heard from the bedroom so combined with a very comfy bed,this made for a great night sleep. The owner was polite and helpful and we would recommend the flat as a great base to explore Brussels.all reviews »
The apartment is perfectly situated in Brussels and walking distance to all amenities. It is very comfortable and spacious and well equipped with everything you could need for any length of stay.

The furnishings and decor are lovely and the apartment is very spacious. The location could not be better- close to the Grand Place and a short easy walk to the Central Station.
Excellent location one block from the Grand Place, train station, and walking distance to Museums. Very large flat, comfortable to have such space in the middle of the City.
Location was very good. Owner is very nice and accommodating.
Nothing major. Some have stated that the flat can be hard to find because there is nothing but a number on the door to guide you. However, Audrey will give you simple directions from the train station. It can also be helpful to put the address into Google Earth to give you a view of the building in question. Between the two you should have no problem finding the place.
Two very minor points; While I understand this is somebody's flat I found it odd that the oven and numerous cupboards in the kitchen were zip tied shut! This along with a dishwasher that had the drawers removed making both the oven and dishwasher unavailable should be made clear in the description as it is a self catering apartment.
The only minor point I would make is that there is only a handheld shower, which is lovely for a nice warm bath but not so great for the quick shower I am used to in the morning.

As a frequent traveller to Brussels on business, if payment was accepted by credit card, I would stay here a lot more often.
A minibar and breakfast basics are available in the apartment but the price is very high, for example 1 euro for a tea bag!.
