The B & B is in a convenient location to the old town. Mario was very helpful in explaining what to see and where to eat. A very good bed, pillows and sheets. The B&B is very clean & serves a very nice continental breakfast. If you are a mature couple ask for a ground floor room as there isn't an elevator, although Mario carried my suitcase up stairs for me.
The bed was theist comfortable bed I have slept in while on vacation! It
was a great location and only a short distance to the Grand Place! When
we were leaving in the morning Guiseppe gave us a bag of fresh
croissants for the drive tothe Netherlands and I thought that was such a
nice thing to do! I would stay here again if I ever returned!. all reviews »
It's a very old house in a small side street, but it is very well renovated, very comfortable and too close to the city centre, ideal for a couple of days stay to see the city, owner are very helpful with advise and ideas.
the manager -Guisseppe was great .very friendly .I am going back there next week just because of him . great hotel best value for money .it´s central to everywhere. the grand place is just a 5min walk. great location .
We would come back. Very nice and comfortable apartment in an quiet street and only steps away from everything. Small problem in the apartment was fixed immediately. That is what service makes to a good one.

Central location, clean room and bath, satisfying breakfast. Ideal for gay couples. Near bars, cafes, nightlife.
It was difficult to find, we parked at the parking Panorama garage and
it took us 20 minutes to find the place while we were walking around
with our luggage! However you realize it's only a tiny walk once
your going in the right direction!.

an aircon would be fine - but i guess the 30ºC days are rar in brussels...so there are no bad things to say.
Breakfast is very basic...could do with a better choice of cereals and some fruit!..
The front door. The lock was difficult to open up.
Bathroom in a cellar. A foul odour coming sometimes into the room from the stairs... Not very well suited for business travellers -- breakfast starts at 8:30! (though, in all fairness, I was served earlier after explaining my needs to the manager). Erratic WiFi.
The B&B is in a small street, so it's difficult to find, but the staff is waiting for us in the street.
No heating in the bathroom.
It's hard to find the location because there is no "Hotel"
sign and it's in an alley.
When we check-in to our room, the owner found that there were two light bulb not working - he was even more surprised than we were. We asked when it can be done, he replied not today maybe tomorrow.
Well he kept his promise but obviously it wasn't a pleasant start. Maybe next time he could be more aware of the condition of his B&B.
Very noisey.
Heating system might need to be looked after.
Much too noisy and had to use the shutters to block out the light and that made the room very hot.
Spartan, minimalist room, very small and not so comfortable. Steep staircase.
