location to the wonderful Grand Place. I also liked the ability to book my room without having breakfast included. I like to go in town and grab something to eat. They have an excellent breakfast with the best variety in the 4 countries I've stayed in. Good location, quiet surroundings, kind service staff. Great hotel, very clean, comfy beds, great breakfast!.

My room was very nice, clean and tidy as was the rest of the hotel. I would definitely chose this hotel again.The hotel is clean, rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. Eurostars Grand Place Hotel is very nicely located for the tourist who has only a day or two to spend in Brussels. Breakfast was excellent.Convenient location to center of Brussels and reasonable price. one morning it was discovered we didn't have a spare roll of toliet paper - it wasn't noticed when we came in late the night before, or we would have called the front desk.Maybe a little noisy if you are facing the street. Air conditioning in room seemed completely ineffective. It was very stuffy, made worse by plastic mattress covers under the sheets.The only thing I found a bit uncomfortable was the temperature in my room. It was very hot in there and the air con didn't seem to work efficiently enough to cool it down. I have asked the receptionist an hour earlier to call/reserve a taxi; but he called only few minutes before my scheduled time and could not make it. I had to go to Marriot Hotel. Unfortunately I was late by about 15 minutes as a result.no. room too small and no bar. no clock in the room...needed to call front desk to find out time. staff needs to respect "do not disturb" signs when on the door. They could not accomodate my request for a baby cot or double bed. So the baby had to sleep across the middle of twin beds pushed together - not comfortable for anyone. Very strong smell on floor 2 outside room 201 - 203, bathroom very small in 203. bedroom a little bit small but would stay there again. The maintenance was rather poor. Water has obviously flooded from the bathroom and damaged the floor outside. the room was looking at the lobby side and it was too warm although the weather was not very hot. The air condition did not work well. Internet service was costly.Receptionist wasn't very friendly and looked at us like how dare we walk into his hotel and check in!. The room was facing hotel atrium, so one cannot open window andaircondition didn't work: result- very hot! And stuffy!!. No view from our room, other than a sheer drop of six floors to the lobby!. the view from my room was a brick wall. no view from the room. staff is a bit stiff. plastic. Too much heating in the room for my taste, but this might be positive for others.The street that the hotel is on was very noisy until late into the night. It was a Saturday night, and full of revelers. Perhaps it would have been more quiet on a weekday. Found beds to be hard and not conducive to a restful nights sleep. Smell in the corridors outside the bedrooms. Toilet was squashed into a corner. the location... I felt quite insecure as there was some poor people sleeping close to the entrance and you could also see a lot of drug dealers walking around.Requested milk for our tea and coffee tray but did not get it. However, the big problem was that we had booked two triple rooms (as well as doubles - we were a large party) and on arrival were told there were no triple rooms available. Two of my sons were sent to a hotel (double room) quite near by but the other four were sent to a hotel quite a distance away. This was a big disappointment .... We were very satisfied with our stay in the Eurostar Grand Place.

Travelling information

By car, follow the direction Brussels center, and than, Grand Place or Bourse, we are just near them.

By train, from the Midi station, take a tramway for 2 stops in the direction of the city centre.

From the Brussels International airport, the train is the cheapest way to reach us in 20 minutes. But it is also possible to take a taxi, or call us and we will send you a taxi.

From the Charleroi Brussels South Airport (+/- 60 km from Brussels) there are shuttle buses arriving at the midi station or you can take a train.
