This place was great! Edmund (one of the people who lives there) came by and gave us advice on where to go out, and what was fun to do. The neighborhood is really cool, and my sister and I felt totally safe walking around. The room was a nice, quiet place to rest after long days of walking and sight-seeing. i would recommend it to anyone!. It`s near the city center, very nice staff, very helpfull; they have in the lobby a lot of tourist guides and maps of Brusselles , Ghent, Anvers, Brugges; very good cofee; They have umbrellas for the rainy days Mr. Fons speaks english, franch and spanish.

Our host, Fons, was very helpful and provided a very adequate breakfast of cereals, toast, yoghurt and juice as well as coffee and tea at any time. The man there is very friendly,and provided bread,milk,Orange juice,coffee and so on all day long! I am really satisfied with the hotel! Next time when going to Bruxelles, I will stay here again!. Hans was a terrific host. He was very knowledgeable of Brussels and gave excellent recommendations. The hotel is located in a very central part of brussels, minutes away from grand market. It was so quiet, the moment we closed the front door all street noise was left behind. We loved the bread and jam for breakfast. Fons was very helpful with suggestions for museums etched. So close to grand place and manniken pis. Free coffee and juice. Mr. Fons was very helpful and waiting for us to hand over the keys. Very comfortable beds and clean bathroom. Big apartment with all basic facilities, quite although in the city center, fruits, juice, milk, bred, cereals available all day. Quiet little hotel with beautiful view on leafy garden in the centre of everything but away from the street so very peaceful. Staff was very friendly. Internet and breakfast were free. Otherwise the apartment was perfect!. Place is not marked very well, so make sure you have a map or gps. Also note that there are no elevators. No fridge. The owner did already his best protecting your head when going to bed. Bathroom didn't have a door. Since it is in the city centrum, you can hear sounds of on going parties. Tv didn't work. None. Nothing. In my room internet was not working at all. Not easy to find. No soap, shower gel etc in bathroom. I would expect this at this price. No signage outside so difficult to find address.
