Very friendly staff and ready to help. Excellent place and well designed spaces. Breakfast was more than enough and the distance from the centre of the European Commission buildings is minimal.

rooms are good, location is quite, close to nice bars and good green walking area near EU, close to the airport bus (which stops on Frank street), so you don't need to walk to Shuman metro to catch it

too far from the Grand Place, 40 min walk. all equipment in the gym is broken and its too ambitious to call that pile of metal "gym"

Nice quiet location, big clean room, friendly helpful staff

Room was booked for 4 people, all of us males, but there were 2 double beds rather than 4 single beds in the room.

Receptionist welcoming. My stay was a short one so I do not have a lot to comment. Room spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was worth the money!

Very good location, free underground secured parking, spacious renovated room with good facilities, a good value in Brussels.

The barely adequate breakfast is 12 Euros per person (a nearby Irish Pub offers a full English breakfast - yummy - for the same price). The tiny one person hamman was broken, and so was the ice cold and filthy whirlpool. It clearly needs some attention.

When I had a problem with the airconditioning dripping in my room, I was given a different room, and the staff was very helpful.

The staff and the cleaning staff (whom I never encountered in person)were better than in some five-star hotels, a surprise for me! I likedthat my room was spacious and somehow I felt well and welcome in thishotel, round the corner of my workplace.

The only disadvantage is the wireless internet is not working.
