rooms are good, location is quite, close to nice bars and good green walking area near EU, close to the airport bus (which stops on Frank street), so you don't need to walk to Shuman metro to catch it. Very friendly staff and ready to help. Excellent place and well designed spaces. Breakfast was more than enough and the distance from the centre of the European Commission buildings is minimal.

The narrow staircase in my room.It was good.. little problem with heating in the room. The barely adequate breakfast is 12 Euros per person (a nearby Irish Pub offers a full English breakfast - yummy - for the same price). The tiny one person hamman was broken, and so was the ice cold and filthy whirlpool. It clearly needs some attention. The only disadvantage is the wireless internet is not working.the parking which was promised to us was taking and it was problematic. the wc was very old and not plesent. bad area. One of the staff wasn't very helpful. there was no exhausting fan in the bath room, not that comfortable when doing shower. too many cameras everywhere made me feel uncomfortable. The lights in the room. the breakfast was very poor. the elevator is very old. On the first day the floor was not perfectly clean in the living room.a little far location introduction isn't very clear. Elevator was not working. The rooms/decor are a bit old (carpet, furniture etc.), but it is ok for a three star hotel in the centre of Brussels. old equipment of the rooms (old furniture above all), the wi-fi connection did not work even I had the password from the reception. Would have been nice to have tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Interior is poor.stained carpets. problems with the TV and a stair inside the room difficult with luggage. TV didn't work; aircon broken, no parking spot available. It was 3 stars. Bad is very good, but WC is a little bit old and need renewal. The room is very clean but not very cosy. Nevertheless, I would stay here with pleasure again.the toilet should have been cleaned more thoroughly. Room can be very noisy if it faces Veronese street because of poor double-glazing. Parking is on the road and not underground as advertised by Chelton. Flag holders that were noisy all night when wind is blowing, specially on 1st floor. tendrían que incluir el desayuno .
