Friendly welcome from all we met, excellently clean and comfortable, central location, from where we could explore the sites of Bruges. We would warmly recommend T'Zand Hotel. Friendly. helpful staff and excellent food in the downstairs restaurant made our 3rd stay at Hotel T Zand as enjoyable as ever. Look forward to returning next year !. it's very modern, very close to center, and if you really lazy, you have lots of bars just all around the hotel (don't worry, it was totally quiet to sleep).

My friends said they heard constant walking noise on the wood floors from the room next to theirs late at night. Ear plugs would be a good thing to bring with you!. Smoking. The air in hallways always smelled of smoking.Only a limited amount of bacon was cooked for breakfast, once this was gone that was it. We are still waiting for ours??. Beds were too narrow, air conditioning was temperamental. There was no place to be except in the room. No tea making facilities in the room. Breakfast selection slightly limited, but adequate. The electric heating, air con, lights etc were all on a central computerised system in the room which was quite confusing to use. We had a problem with the hot water but I think this was just bad luck.We were given a connecting room (there was a door leading directly to the next room which was locked) so we could follow the conversations of those staying in the next room. In reflection we should have asked to be moved to another room. bed wasn't particularly confortable. breakfast and decoration.
