  I was wary of booking a hotel on line as it was my first time, I held my breath walking into the hotel worrying what it would really be like and i was delighted to say we were greeted by a guy at reception that couldn't have been nicer and friendlier he gave us a map of brugge and outlined the sites and places to go. The room was a standard double ... what people say » room with a massive bed and comfortable pillows. - A small, intimate hotel, with comfortable ,clean rooms,a lovely staff and a good variety of healthy choices for breakfast(included in room rate). Also, on Sunday they let you check out at 5:00p.m. A real bonus when you have a late train. I will look for other NH hotels when I travel from now on.

  One of the nicest places i have stayed in. When i arrived i was expecting a small room but we were allocated an apartment. It was so nice.   We stayed for one night after booking last minute in Belgium. It was a very pleasant stay in Bruges. The hotel is in a superb location with very cheap parking on your doorstep. The hotel itself is lovely. It was clean, modern, and presented really well. Breakfast was very nice. I'd definitely recommend it for a stay in Bruges which was also deligh... what people say » tful. - Friendly and helpful staff, a nice big quiet room at the top of the house, an excellent breakfast served in the restaurant and secure parking at a reasonable price close by. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby and only a short walk into the centre.

  Friendly welcome from all we met, excellently clean and comfortable, central location, from where we could explore the sites of Bruges. We would warmly recommend T'Zand Hotel - Friendly. helpful staff and excellent food in the downstairs restaurant made our 3rd stay at Hotel T Zand as enjoyable as ever.   We had an outstanding experience. Our hostess could not have been more helpful and considerate. The baked goods were delicious, the accommodations were extremely comfortable and convenient (we were able to return for lunch on two days) and the opportunity to park (in and out free) was a pleasant surprise.

  Our apartment was very small but well-equipped even to having cleaning products supplied. It is close to the city centre with plenty of restaurants nearby. For us, coping with all the cobblestones was not easy. A supermarket and a BNP bank with wonderful staff, are close by. Erik was friendly and welcoming. The kitchenette was wonderful - clean and well equipped! I liked the owner; he was very friendly and helpful and showed us how to get around and the attractions to visit etc - We love our apartment on the second floor. Spacious, cozy and if you enjoy cooking by yourself, you can find everything you want in the kitchen! The computer in the livingroom is very useful if you need to check any information. Last but not least, the owner Erik is very friendly and is always willing to help. We must thank him for his hospitality!

  It was small enough to be cosy and welcoming but not too small. It was in an old town house just outside of the centre, so it was a lovely walk down a quiet cobbled street to the cathedral. It was nice to be out of the action because it was very busy in town, but wehad no traffic and it felt very peacful. The owners were fabulous, really looked aft... what people say » er us, and the breakfast was great too. - The best thing about staying in this hotel is comfort and wonderful atmosphere created by the family, which runs this hotel. Plus excellent location, quiet place and nice breakfast. I left hotel with strong desire to return to this town and this hotel :)

  The hotel is beautiful. It is great to stay in a place that belonged to a famous artist - Samuel Coucke - and was restored with such love and care. You should definately ask about the history of this house - it is very interesting. The right place to stay in Brugge to fill the air of the city. There are 2 partkings near to the hotel ('T Zand parking cost less than 9 Euro per day - a very reasonable price in - The room was very large and lovely with a four poster bed and living room area. The bathroom was large and very up-to-date with an amazing stained glass window that had been made long ago at this very house. Staff/owner was very friendly and helpful. The fresh breakfast was wonderful and all this was within a 10 minute walk to the main plaza. We wish we had booked more than one night and plan to go back the next time we're in Europe.
