Excellent designing apartment with separate bedroom, working zone, kitchen and living room. Lots of paintins (Klimt reproductions), skulptures, (wonderful sculpture in the bathroom),all made with high sence of taste. Very good impression from open mansard, sauna and open shower at the top of building. Friently staff, speaking English and Russian.

Citadella appartment hotel is a nice place for staying in Vienna. Cituated in quiet place not far from the city center and airport train station. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Nice & comfortable rooms. ( we stayed in Citadella twice and will stay next time for sure) Large bathroom with jacuzzi. Fully furnished kitchen. Everything is done for the comfortable staying.

The hotel is in a great location; very close to the metro which gives quick and easy access to the rest of the city. We had a refurbished room and the bed was very comfortable. The facilities are clean and the breakfast excellent. The price was expensive but, it is competitive for Vienna which is a little on the expensive side anyway. Overall I would certainly stay here again despite 1 or 2 teething problems.

Very helpful staff. the welcoming drink and the daily little lollies on made-up beds are wonderful touches that make the experience that much more personable. Breakfast was excellent with choices and the tea-lady was exceptionally pleasant. The location of this hotel is highly recommendable for those on short stays who are visiting the tourist spots.
