The rules about paying before we arrive were surprising and made us a little apprehensive. But when we arrived, it was clear why this was required. The apartment could be described as quirky or strange, but it could also be described as absolutely great. More than enough space, great facilities and even air-conditioning, which was absolutely necessary while we were there because it the weather was tropical. It was in a convenient neighborhood, walking distance from most down-town attractions. A car park facility was a huge plus for us. Loved the terrace balcony of the apartment.

It was close to a bus stop and about 10 minutes in to the city center,
after you ride the bus to the metro. There was a very small washing
machine and there is a grocery store nearby. I only recommend this place
if you don't need Internet and don't need your luggage stored.

It was unfortunate that we couldn't access the internet with iPad (system did not support mac). It wasn't really a big deal though because you can find cafes nearby to check your emails.

The internet worked for about 30 minutes, then we could not access it
again the 2 days we were there. There was no luggage storage, there is
no one on site to answer questions. They said they sent an email about
how to get in the apartment, but I did not receive one (it wasn't in
my junk or spam folder either). There were very few luggage lockers at
the train station and we had to wait an hour to store our luggage.
A little bit expensive, for such comfort.
But may be because Viena is not a cheap city.
There were ants all over the apartment. The management did not respond to phone calls or emails once they received the advanced payment. We were not able to use the pool because we couldn't access it.
