Proximity to Vienna's popular sights.Central location was excellent. Breakfast was very good, particularly the coffee and plentiful. Staff were very helpful and spoke very good English. Rooms were pleasant and good value for money. Rooms had their own showers. Star rating was accurate. The staff was exceptionally friendly. The street noise. No - it might be too basic for some peoples taste but I only use my hotel room to sleep in so I didn't need any luxuries!!. The staff were a bit rushed and distracted.Common toilett down the hall. Quite old. old furniture, doors... No toilet in the room. There was absolutely no hot water for the morning shower at 6am. Also we needed to check out at 7am as we had informed them the day before but there was no one at the desk and we had to leave a note and the key telling them just to charge my credit card. The furniture was very shabby, and we went in 30 december. In the night the heat was turn off, and we are freeazing in the room. Also from the windowos you are feeling the cold air from outside.
