Good location (across the road from U-bahn station, i.e. subway). Good and friendly stuff. We had some problem because on the first day our floor was cleaned very early, at 7 a.m. I asked not to use vacuum cleaners before 8 a.m.. And it was possible, we weren't waked up by vacuum cleaners any more! Rather good breakfast. So great value for money. The hotel is very well located, just opposite the entrance of the metro "Alser Strasse". You can easily reach the centre also with tram no. 43, which brings directly to the Ring in less than 10 minutes. There is also free wi-fi. The price is very competitive, also during Easter holidays: I will definitively return there next time in Wien.

Rooms re clean and staff was helpfull in finding a parking spot (4 km away in a P+R location) since we forgot to make a parking spot reservation. The P+R location was really cheap so we didn't really mind. The breakfast was okay. I stayed in thos hotel for the second time. I chose it again because bit has a very convenient location, across the subway station and not far from Westbanhof. The room was clean and very quiet because it was located at the courtyard. The room was cleaned every day. The breakfast was good for the rate I paid. The hotel was exactly what I was expecting: minimalistic furnished but clean with spacious enough rooms and polite staff. Its location is proper for quickly using the public transport, the metro station being right across the street. From my point of view the hotel is a next time booker. Staff was helpful and the breakfast was hearty. The location was perfect for a tired traveller as the hotel was just opposite to the metro station. Easy to get there from Westbahnhof. The Italian restaurant next door was a must-try!. Small misunderstooding while check-in: I wrote at comment while booking that I booked twin room, but it was likely they were going to give me double room. The rooms are small and the breakfast is quite basic, but for that price it's in any case excellent!. The hotel is situated on a busy road but with the windows closed you don't really notice it. Unfortunatly we slept on the top floor under the roof and with 34 degrees celcius the airco couldn't cope so we slept quite poorly. The breakfast is served between 6,30 and 10, but if you have it after 8,30 there are fewer choices, as the ladies who serve it start to clean the rooms and do not have time to refill the buffet. Opening a window could be a challenge (noise, air quality) as many rooms face the street. A peculiar piece of equipment was a fan, which honestly speaking cannot replace an air conditioning system neither in terms of clean air(the window issue from above), nor in terms of temperature quality. However, all those did not bother me too much. Noise from the street could be annoying but as I was very tired, it didn't bother me. The room was small. The shower was bad. They only provided limited kinds of food for breakfast. Small room, the noise from the street, poor breakfast (both in variety and quality). A not so clean aspect. Hotel is located on the very noisy street. We had to close windows at night and it was very stifling in the room. Ventilator didnt save the situation. We booked double room and asked for two separate beds, and letsbookhotel.com promised this, but administrator refused saying that there was a large group staying in the hotel. it is actually a bit more then 2km walk yo the center. Location is near a train station and it's very loud, almost impossible to sleep with the windows open. Budget rooms are all on the road side (noisy side). Noisy. Noisy place (near the main street), bad smell in the room. It was the smallest room I have ever stayed in my life. No parking. The indoor parking next building costs 26 Euro per day. Lady at reception recommended parking for 3 Euro per day, but I would have to return to the hotel by metro. Very poor breakfast. Room was very basic and small. Uncomfortable bed, very noisy. Tiny rooms, tiny beds, terrible pillows, awful breakfast. Lots of street noise.
