While looking for apartment, we thought of booking it within Vienna Innere Stadt. Considering affordability we settled on Kimi Immobilien. And our choice turned out to be fantastic. Easy accessibility to Tram and Underground (Schottentor Station at walking distance of 3 minutes). Tram Routes D and 1 are fantastic to go around the major attractions in the City. Can reach major railway stations (West Bahnhof towards Salzburg & Innsbruck or Franz Josefs Bahnhof towards Krems an der Donau) and . all reviews »
Terrific location - just outside the Ring, 2 minutes from public transport, Rathaus, a cheap supermarket nearby and several restaurants within 0-5 min. walk.
The stuff is very helpful & friendly. We had all the facilities we needed inside the apartment, which is comfortable & cosy.
spaciousness, independance, come & go as you please, easy access to tram & underground, walking distance to loads of attractions, supermarket round the corner, great restaurants really close by, really quiet apartment block right in the middle of the city.
Everything was super! Nice staff, regular cleaning of flat, good
location, all facilities available in flat (iron, hair drier, towels
regularly changed, dishes, microwave oven, 2 TV-sets, etc.). Our next
visit to Vienna we will definitely stay here again.
Very good arrangement, in pedestrian availability from the main sights of the city, is pure, spacious and is comfortable. Nearby there is a grocery shop and some cafe.

Entrance of the building is old style and bit disappointing at first sight. Approach to elevator is with steps (Matters only if you need wheelchair access). But it’s refreshing when you enter the apartment itself. Need to arrange proper check in check out times in advance.
The cleaning lady passed over our apartment (though she's been in others'), but we didn't mess and didn't have much garbage anyway.

Everything was perfect.
When booking at once write off a half of cost of an apartment and when settling still take the deposit of 1/4 more costs. We departed to revival in the evening, moved us in the 10th mornings, the office was closed and we had no place even to leave baggage to the plane.
Felt cold in the apartment in November for central heating didn't work yet. Not enough hooks in the bathroom for towels and things.
