At these money, there was nothing to not like.the fact that every one including staff members are allowed to smoke all over the place. I mean when you enter the lobby it should smell like winter, holliday, cinnamon, pine,whatever. It smells instead like a heavy smoking area( like the ones in the airport). parking. The breakfast is not bery rich. Lack of parking place close to the hotel (10 min. walk). Very hot in rooms. It was quite noisy at night as we had to have the windows open because of the heat and the fan in our room did not work.the breakfast was quite poor and there were few tables..not enough for all those staying in the hotel. no temporary or stable parking place in front of the hotel for guests. The breakfast, which was included in the rate, should be better. parking areas,not enough,no fridge in the room.poor breakfast. Information from the reception were limited. breakfast was very poor. I think that it was expanding, because to get in the room, i have to go to the first level, open a door, get into the nearest building, to the first floor and then open another door (all with key) and finally to the room.car parking is really a problem, too expensive for the neighborhood. they blocked the total fee in the credit card after I have reserved on line. Since my bank informed me that I was charged that sum of money, it made me very confusing. I do think that they don't have to do that. When i complained about that, the staff was very unpatient.Lack of maintenance of some pieces of furniture. No vegetables served for breakfast. Lack of smile on the faces of kithcen staff. Initially we were assigned two rooms in a kind of separate building (very disappointed about that) which had problems with heating and hot water. The receptionist changed our rooms with one room in the hotel building and one apartment in the same annex (we were 2 couples). We got a discount for this.Looking a little drab or old. Using the hotel card key to access power/Street noise. Cleanliness. not very close to the metro station, but I saw that very soon a close one should be opened. no fridge, not enough heat in end November. Very small room. When checking-in, had to stand and wait for 10mins while the staff member finished her phone conversation. Breakfast was very minimal. Lots of construction on the street where the hotel is located. The boiler was functioning so loudly that I could harly sleep.impolite and unprofessional staff. Yes, for a 3 stars hotel I did not had any room fridge in my room...The hotel staff is not friendly and professional. The breakfastis very bad. The room was not cleaned properly each day and the supplies were not replenished i.e. towels and body wash. The room was small and some of the fixtures were broken.totally overpriced!.
