It has been the best hotel I have seen ever! It was clean, very well located and aestethically beautiful. The staff was professional and very helpful. Absolutely perfect!!!. Very confort rooms, very nice hotel staff. I recomand this hotel for it is situated very close to the subway and center-shopping! :) I really had a good time!. i have stayed at this hotel several times in the past year and it is consistently great: friendly, accommodating staff, clean rooms and interent available.

One other minor problem was that the "double bed"we got was two twin beds made up together, which was not as comfortableas a double. Car park system very expensive. noise from renovations on floor above. no. the noisy neighbours. It would be nice to have wireless internet, but the computers in the hotel were also good. There were some complaints about noise in the other reviews, but I did not experience this. The only odd complaint was that there was the smell of oil or fuel in the hallway, which I didn't like, but I opened the window in the room and it was gone. I think it must have been a cleaning product. There are two internet computers which were poorly maintained. Some rooms do not have baths (only shower).noise from other rooms tv. Staff on reception could be more helpful and more knowledgeable about transport options.there are two qualities of the rooms - renovated and older rooms. Old are also fine but younever know what you get. No free breakfast.The fact that they didn't have toast for breaky. There is no air-condition in the rooms and its too bad.Nearest public parking is about 200meters from the hotel. 4-stars hotel without parking -is unbelievable.
