The Quellenstraße Tram Stop (line 6) is right outside and provides connections to the Reumannplatz Underground Station (line U1). This station can also be reached in a 7-minute walk and takes guests to the city centre in about 15 minutes. Further attractions are the Oberlaa Spa Thermal Baths and the Viennese Woods, both of which can be reached with tram number 67. As of September, public parking is possible at a surcharge in the surroundings and the tickets can be bought at the kiosks. During the night parking is possible free of charge.

It is value for money hotel. The Manager Dylek is very helpful. Rooms are clean, there is a nice hotel restaurant. There is a basic common kitchenette on each floor. Its an old hotel almost 100 yrs old, located in busy road in the city, underground station closey by on same road as hotel 5-10 min of walk. Tram stop right outside, many stores, shops, eating joints and pubs around the hotel. Dylek organised economical taxi for us for airport drop too. It was a lovely experience after our previous.

Hotel has their own rest downstairs where you can relax with free wifi access all over hotel and rest. Tram stop just downstairs from where you can connect to metro station in 5 min. Also, free parking 24 hrs Bit near crowded place but this is personal to everybody we liked to stay among crowds so no problem for us. I stayed at the Arnes Hotel for 4 nights on a business trip. The room was spacious and clean. The owner was very nice and attentive. The location is very good, quite near the center with the tram just passing by the door. The restaurant downstairs is very good. Large comfortable rooms: more than you expect from a 2-star hotel. Very good restaurant downstairs, best tea in the city! But the best thing about this hotel is how nice and attentive the hostess is!!!. The building is old, but renovated. I enjoyed sleeping in an old hotel. The location is very convenient if one visits Wien and also some castles nearby or does some shopping at SCS. The proximity to many things of the city. The design of the beautiful old building. The restaurant is very nice. The staff are friendly. Location is good for ten minutes you are in the city center, the rooms are tidy, pleasant staff in the restaurant preparing good food. The receptionist was pretty nice, he offered to help me out looking for an umbrella at the nearby shops and he was quite helpful. No luxury, an ordinary clean and pleasant place to stay. Wet towels?!. sometimes there was no hot water. People going in and out of rooms banging doors. No elevator. Parking is free in the area but wish you luck to find a place. Difficult to unload luggage. No plug in our bathroom. Not much space beside the bed. Would be really great if they provided electric jug and 2 cups. not very in center. It's not quite easy to get there from the Airport by public transport. Carpet was dirty. The breakfast was not free and everyday the same one. low room temperature. far from the centre. facilities are fair, but not more than that.
