Very clean and comfortable. The comfort of the Hotel. Central location , peaceful area, friendly staff. clean, comfortable. location (quiet place, pleasant surroundings, not far from the Volksoper). nice staff, clean rooms, very tasty breakfast, closeness to th center. The room was a little to small for a 4 star hotel and is not very close to transport network: 5 minutes walk to tram, 15 to metro.A bit far from the center. No air conditioning, the room was quite hot. very hot. A bathroom might be slightly renewed. thin walls. Quiet area during weekend some of the coffee/food places nearbywere closed. Drain plug in the bath tab was kaputt (although the rest of the bathroom looked all nice and new). Otherwise no complaints. No spanish TV channels. No restaurant menu in the room. the bathrooms are to small. expensive breakfast, old bathroom, street parking. Breakfast was quite expensive at Eur14 so we ate elsewhere which was less convenient. Batroom required upgrade: no exhaust/sucking blower/fan, dark light. The bath was damaged both our stays. very small room for this price..Staff did not have any restaurant recommendations and their knowledge of the area seemed limited.
