  We stayed here in early Autumn, the accommodation was modern, comfortable and very clean. The owners went out of their way to help us, breakfast in the morning was the highlight of the day and this made our stay even more enjoyable. Great value for money and we will certainly be back soon! - Very comfortable and well-appointed hotel. The bar was super convenient, as you could serve yourself anytime day or night. Nice spa facilities and cute little kids playroom. Lots of little extras like dvd rentals, option for a massage. Could walk right to the ski lift. Would definitely stay here again!

  Dinner was excellent and reasonably priced. The staff were great and very helpful. The location was a short drive from many snowboarding resorts. - A small, friendly hotel in a quiet village setting. Easily accessable to Kaprun and Zell an Zee.   We loved the place! It is the first time we have arrived in an apartment, and the place actually looks like the pictures on the web. Amazingly cosy and well equiped. We lived in appartment TopC3. We had a doubt about the photos - are they real? Everything is just the same as in photos, even the smallest details. Good location, nice view, great SPA, fully equiped kitchen. If somebody will not like this self - catering appartment, it won't be the appartment's problem - it will be the problem of travelers.
