  Freindliness, cheerfulness and helpfulness of staff. Being small sized and fanily run it had a distinctive personality and we were treated as individuals not standardised units of consumption. Also especially well located for my wife who has mobility diffioculties. - The hotel has individual character and charm.   The only disappointment about staying here was that we had to leave. It is a great place with well appointed rooms and facilities. The family that own the Pass Lueg are very friendly and run it very well. The food is excellent and plentiful. We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area - We were absolutely charmed by this place. The location was stunning, tucked away in the mountains. The owners were very sweet, and they had great recommendations for things to do in the area. All of the staff members were friendly and attentive. The view from our room was lovely. We also really enjoyed the on-site restaurant. We ate there for most of our meals! Overall, we loved it and hope to go back soon.

The receptionist gave us directions and a map to guide our day trip that was great, and we were able to make our Salzburg Card right there. Room was spacious and clean, bathroom very well lit. It was a 10 minute walk from the train station. Although it is not necesarilly near the main centre of town, it was an easy 15-20 minute walk. Hotel is located on a quiet street, and the hotel is secure so you must have a card to get access inside. I stayed in a single room, so it was simple but just what I needed after a long day of touring.
