  We stayed here in early Autumn, the accommodation was modern, comfortable and very clean. The owners went out of their way to help us, breakfast in the morning was the highlight of the day and this made our stay even more enjoyable. In the evening we really enjoyed relaxing in their new Wellness area. The location was a short drive from many snowboarding resorts. - A small, friendly hotel in a quiet village setting. Easily accessable to Kaprun and Zell an Zee.   We loved the place! It is the first time we have arrived in an apartment, and the place actually looks like the pictures on the web. Amazingly cosy and well equiped. We lived in appartment TopC3. The bedrooms are of a good size, and the living room/dining area is excellent. I can only recommend this place. We had a doubt about the photos - are they real? Everything is just the same as in photos, even the smallest details. Good location, nice view, great SPA, fully equiped kitchen.
