  The staff couldn't do enough for you. Whatever you needed they were there to advise or point you in the right direction. The food was excellent. having the spa was great, especially after a day on the slopes.The location is absolutely brilliant, literally a minutes walk from the bars, restaurants etc and 5 minutes to the city express to get to th... what people say » e slopes. It really was first class - Ursula and her staff where incredibly helpful and friendly.The Zel am see card was brilliant. We rated this place the most enjoyable experience in central europe. - staff are reception desk are lovely and very friendly, the room is really big and it has very good location, breakfast has choice of cheese it is really delicious

  Martha Hotel is ideal for skiers. You can end your ski day exactly at the back entrance of the hotel...putting your skis in a special closet and boots on a warm hanger to dry for next day. Breakfast was good, but the warm food (scrambled eggs and bacon everyday) could have some kind of variety.   I stayed at this hotel for the second time. The first time was in August and now at the beginning of March.   It was one of the best stays I ever had in any of the appartment-type hotels. They offer a great variety of activities for children. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. - Rooms were wonderful. Food was great. Beautiful location. Staff was very nice. I would definitely stay here again. A GREAT hotel!

  Staff very welcoming and helpful. Service very good. Spa facilities clean. Outdoor pool heated to 28 deg C even in end October. Evening meal and breakfast buffet very good. Undercover, safe parking for our tandem bike. Hotel is direct on the Tauern cycleway. - Most of all I was very satisfied with the staff. Sauna was perfect as well.
