  We enjoyed the location and the facilities in the apartment we had. It was so nice to have a good kitchen and two bathrooms. The living room was a great size as well, as was the main bedroom. The second bedroom was small but it definitely worked for us.   We were there only for a day but we loved the hotel. It's location is convenient as it is right next to the U4, but if one has time it's even possible to walk downtown. The staff is polite and helpful. Lots of paintins (Klimt reproductions), skulptures, (wonderful sculpture in the bathroom),all made with high sence of taste. Cituated in quiet place not far from the city center and airport train station. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Nice & comfortable rooms. ( we stayed in Citadella twice and will stay next time for sure) Large bathroom with jacuzzi. Fully furnished kitchen. Everything is done for the comfortable staying.

  The hotel is very convenient - near bus stops and 2 train stations. Well- equipped for a family of 4. Supermarket across the street. No elevators but not a problem for us. Clean and enough space for us. To get your keys, just phone Mr. Wagner ahead of time and at the end of the stay, there was no fuss. Just leave your keys in the apartment. ... what people say » I would recommend this apt. to other travellers. - I was on a business trip for a conference at the Messe, and the apartment location was perfect for this purpose. Spacious, comfortable and clean and directly across from a supermarket. Herr Wagner was a very attentive host. I would recommend contacting the owners a few days prior to make arrangements to meet as there is no reception.
