However I reserved a Standard Suite room for 4 people, they gave me the Grand Lux Suite with same price. The room is clean, comfortable. Hotel staffs are helpful. The hotel was extremely conveniently located with the Opera House in the next street across, as was the Metro and trams and the main mall and there is a supermarket across another street. (We took the Metro to the CAT (City Airport Transport) station very easily with suitcases where we checked them in before boarding for the airport.) The staff were very nice and always helpful. The rooms were very clean and had great soundproofing.

The hotel is lovely and decorated with many interesting pieces of art. The breakfast was excellant with very high quality food. The location is very good and within walking distance to the museums, the Hofburg and old town section. Two U-Bahn stops are also close by. The staff was helpful and very pleasant. We were there only for a day but we loved the hotel. It's location is convenient as it is right next to the U4, but if one has time it's even possible to walk downtown. We stayed in a junior suite and can honestly say that it was amazing. We had a superb view of Vienna. I cannot understand some of the comments made as the staff were very helpful and even arranged for me to have a birthday cake made for my partner and delivered with breakfast on the morning of his birthday. I would definately recommend this hotel.
