The staff would go out of their way to help you nothing was a problemfor them they recommended restaurants where to see and there was a younggirl working the bar who looked school age but ran it so efficently andshe makes the best hot chocolate after a days walking just what youneed. breakfast - The hotel room was quite spacious and included a couch. The room wasvery nicely decorated with antique furniture and hardwood herringbonefloors. The bed was comfortable and the room dark and quiet. Greatlocation, within walking distance or subway ride to a lot of sites.

We stayed here for 3 nights in late October. My partner who is an architect was super excited to be staying in a Jean Nouvel building. The design is thrilling and very modern.

Amazing quality, the rooms are very modern and practical, loved the dog menu, it's very rare that a hotel is paying such an attention for animals, have highlight the breathtaking view of the whole city from the 18 th floor restaurant perfect by night just as a pleasant morning breakfast

Its abouts a one minute walk from a tube station, which takes you into town in about 15 mins. The area of that metro station seems a quiet residential workers area. There are i think 5 apartments, and they seem to all be on the ground floor. My apartment was nb 3.

Firstly say, the Owner Mr. Martin is superb. He is very kind and help
everything what I asked. This residence will never make bother you even
check in and check out, you don't need to do anything. Location is
not that close to main of Vienna(5km~) but quite and there are very
nice restaurant and kiosk around this place. If you arrange, he will
provide you parking space but I recommend you to use Subway which is 5
min. To walk.
