  The staff would go out of their way to help you nothing was a problemfor them they recommended restaurants where to see and there was a younggirl working the bar who looked school age but ran it so efficently andshe makes the best hot chocolate after a days walking just what youneed. I did not have to wait for either checkijng in or checking out, my room was excellent and the staff were very pleasant and helpful.

  We were there only for a day but we loved the hotel. It's location is convenient as it is right next to the U4, but if one has time it's even possible to walk downtown. The staff is polite and helpful.   We enjoyed the location and the facilities in the apartment we had. It was so nice to have a good kitchen and two bathrooms. The living room was a great size as well, as was the main bedroom. The second bedroom was small but it definitely worked for us.   I stayed here in May 2013 and I loved this Hotel, exactly the type of accommodation I look for on a City Trip. Comfortable, traditional, and in an absolutely fantastic location! Literally step out of your door and your are right in the centre and within 5 or 10mins (walk) of all the main attractions and there is plenty to see and do on the way. De... what people say » spite its central location it wasn't noisy either. All the staff were very helpful and I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Vienna. Th - there was a radio in the room which ı have never seen in any hotel before. the personnel were friendly and always smiling. ıt is in the middle of the center and u-bahn is so close. there are lots of things close to the hotel. the bed and pillow was very comfortable. the room was clean. the chocolate that they everyday leave in the room after cleaning was delicious:) the bathroom was clean and in good contion. everything in the bathroom was useful,clean and new.
