  The staff would go out of their way to help you nothing was a problemfor them they recommended restaurants where to see and there was a younggirl working the bar who looked school age but ran it so efficently andshe makes the best hot chocolate after a days walking just what youneed.   First of all I should mention that this hotel is one of the best hotels I staid till the moment and I am always trying to choose 4* hotels. I can say more, it is easily in top 5 of my rating. For you not to think that it is advertisement you can check my profile and see my other reviews. There is a parking house nearby b - Everything was excellent. If you want to have both museums and good shopping nearby hotel Beethoven is proper choice. The Museum of Art History is of the world importance, Hofburg, Stephandom and Museum Quarter- 10 min., Karskirhe (concerts, in august the theaters on holidays), Secession, Akademy of fine Arts Gallery - 3 min. Theater an der Wiene and Opera are quite near. The Hotel offers excellent breakfasts, koffee and tea in the room (our was 503) - free, concerts on Sundays with shampaigne

  The hotel is located very close to the city center and all the tourist attractions that one may want to visit. Staff is polite and well- trained, although there was one incident of miscommunication when a cleric wasn't informed of our late check out and came in to our room without knocking.   Every thing is good but it is a bit ditance from the center. I like the taxi service they have and the happy faces of the bellmen. You do not need to worry about any thing. The taxi dreviers are very helpful. One of them helped me in buying some cartoons and tapes for packaging. I will never forget that. - there were omly executive rooms available ... what people say » for our stay ...which meant we ahd access to the 'executive lounge' this was a great facility ....alomost like a members bar ...that had all day tea and coffee and soft drinks..also a small selection of food at breakfast, lunch and dinner

  We spent 4 nights in a hotel in the begenning of May 2013. а) Personal was very helpful (special thanks to Vladimir Mitev). b) A room was quite spacious and clean. Metro station is a bit far from the hotel and it is recommended to use the bus 74a that goes to Veinna Mitte every 7-8 minutes, and there may be transfer at the metro or a train to the airport.
