  The receptionist was soooo professional and helpful, easy check in, upto the point information about the hotel and the city to find my way around. The hotel has a great location and excellent value for money. - Best location, near the centre, beautuful district (Rathaus etc.), very friendly and helpful personal!!

  The staff were very welcoming. We stayed in room 230 which was spacious - had a bar fridge and a good fan (fantastic as it was warm weather during our stay). the towels could have been fluffier, but that is getting picky. We arrived around 8.30pm and my toddler wanted some milk which the woman at reception was only too happy to provide. She even as... what people say » ked if I would like it warmed. Breakfast great too - The staff was friendly, accomodating and professional. Every question asked was answered. I reserved two modern rooms facing the courtyard, which were nicely decorated, good size, clean, quiet, comfortable and relaxing. The staff clearly made our stay enjoyable and comfortable. A gem of a place to stay! Thank you!

  This is a charming place to stay when visiting Vienna. It is located near to the underground (Rochusgasse) and near to center of town (2 stops). The room I had (nr 14) was spacious with terrace , sofas, a separate dressing, bathroom and separate WC. There was no noice at night as the room was in the back of the building. I certainly will return her on my next trip to Vienna as it had all the qualities you ap - Although I hoped it would be a good place, I never expected it would be so good. The location is perfect: in the very center of the city, but in a unbelievably quite street, so nothing will disturb your sleep. My room was very clean and spacious room with everything important at hand. Breakfast was very nice, accompnied by Strauss recording, with a pleasntly moderate choice of food, not too much and everything was very fresh. I liked it a lot and would recommend tha place to everybody.
