All staff we talked to were friendly and welcoming. They helped us decide on a tour by providing suggestions for us to consider -no pressure. Hotel location is excellent. Town center within 10 minutes walk, U-bahn (Kärtnerring/Karlsplatz) within 5 minutes and it is still quiet enough. Staff is nice, friendly and helpfull. Breakfast is really rich in choices. Recommended parking is near the hotel and there's an option for getting close to a hotel by car, for carrying luggage. -
