  Great position next to underground and urban railroad (which goes to the airport). Very nice hotel overall (both rooms and common areas). friendly staff. Good value/price. - hotel staff is very friendly, and location of hotel is great, near hotel is a metro station (easy and quick connection to any part of the city)

  The owner is very sweet and will go out of his way to help you. Left us travel books on Vienna with maps. The apartment we stayed in was very cute with flowers and small backyard. Good cooking facilities, bath, shower, washing machine. A group of 5 of us stayed here but I would recommend 4 only. I got locked out one day as I had forgotten my keys ... what people say » and the owners father let me in, carried a chair for me up 5 flights of stairs while I waited for my parents. Very Helpful. We enjoyed our time here. - The location of the apartment is excellent.The care taker(Lucas) is one of the best people I met there,he is so helpful,he will go steps out of his way to help the guests.

  The hotel was in a good location, a short walk to the u-bahn and close a huge shopping strip. You can also walk to the main sites of Vienna which we did as the weather was lovely on our visit. The room itself was clean, the bathroom was spacious. The breakfast had a good variety of foods. The street the hotel is on is quiet, though the theatre acr... what people say » oss the street had closed for summer. - Clean and friendly service through out with comfortable room and very clean and towels changed daily,although dining room and food with fresh orange juice ect looked very good indeed I can`t comment because we ate out.   All staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. This includes everyone from the cleaners to the kitchen staff and the two staff manning reception. They smiled and greeted guests like they meant it. This makes a huge difference when you're a stranger to a country. The rooms looked clean and smelled fresh. The bathroom was really clean with no... what people say » lingering smells. Again, this makes a difference to one's comfort level. The beds were comfortable though I'm not sure if they would be suitable if - - Very professional and efficient staff. - Comfortable beds (rather hard mattress which is a blessing for those who like/need it). - Excellent buffet breakfast (not the American/English variety but still one of the best we had in such hotel category) - Pretty fast free WiFi Internet with a good coverage - Close to the Metro (U-Bahn) station (some 200-300 meters), so a little bit shady neighborhood is not a big deal - Nice choice of International TV channels
