Hotel location is excellent. Town center within 10 minutes walk, U-bahn (Kärtnerring/Karlsplatz) within 5 minutes and it is still quiet enough. Staff is nice, friendly and helpfull. Breakfast is really rich in choices. Recommended parking is near the hotel and there's an option for getting close to a hotel by car, for carrying luggage. -

All staff we talked to were friendly and welcoming. They helped us decide on a tour by providing suggestions for us to consider -no pressure. The exercise room was adequate and there was a computer with free internet. The sauna and steam room had music and lounging chairs, afridge with free water; robes and slippers were provided. It was a truly beautiful designer apartment. It far exceeded my expectations - everything detail was perect, from the fresh coffee and leaf tea available to use to the bottle of champagne in the fridge to the toiletries. I wanted to stay longer.

Excellent designing apartment with separate bedroom, working zone, kitchen and living room. Lots of paintins (Klimt reproductions), skulptures, (wonderful sculpture in the bathroom),all made with high sence of taste. Very good impression from open mansard, sauna and open shower at the top of building. Friently staff, speaking English and Russian.

Citadella appartment hotel is a nice place for staying in Vienna. Cituated in quiet place not far from the city center and airport train station. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Nice & comfortable rooms. ( we stayed in Citadella twice and will stay next time for sure) Large bathroom with jacuzzi. Fully furnished kitchen. Everything is done for the comfortable staying.
