The staff would go out of their way to help you nothing was a problemfor them they recommended restaurants where to see and there was a younggirl working the bar who looked school age but ran it so efficently andshe makes the best hot chocolate after a days walking just what youneed. However I reserved a Standard Suite room for 4 people, they gave me the Grand Lux Suite with same price. The room is clean, comfortable. Hotel staffs are helpful. Breakfast was also excellent, huge variety of fruits, cereals, breads. Croissants and apricot cakes are great! Situated in good location, easy to find out. The city center can be easily reached on foot.

Every thing is good but it is a bit ditance from the center. I like the taxi service they have and the happy faces of the bellmen. You do not need to worry about any thing. The taxi dreviers are very helpful. One of them helped me in buying some cartoons and tapes for packaging. I will never forget that. - there were omly executive rooms available

Looks like completly newly renovated upon our visit in 2013, clean, staff speaks perfect engish and is very helpfull also on non-hotel quesions. Rooms are clean, carpeted, and sapcious enough. I recomend the hotel to travelers, who don't mind out of center location and do -
Really good hotel: friendly staff, clean rooms, no smells, comfortable prices. We stayed there more than one week and nobody bothered us when we were in the room, but when we returned back in the evening the room always looked like a new one. In the room we had tea pot with variety of teas and cofee. During checking out we received small gifts - a couple of bottles with apricot jam. Comfortable bed with two kinds of pillows.
