One of the nicest places I have ever stayed at, if not THE nicest! Lovely staff, beautiful room, delicious breakfast, great location. It was just perfect and next time I am in Innsbruck I will most definitely stay here again. Really, it is everything you could want!. Friendly staff. Perfect location (the very centre - about 2 minutes walking). Beautiful ancient building. Very rich choice for breakfast. Super white bed linen.

Hotel was better than we expected.Hotel is situated in the very center of Innsbrucke, which is great. Rooms are small and without bathroom (some of them). The hotel seemed to have an open bar till 4 am which resulted in the room being very, very noisy.My fault but booking a room without a toilet or shower is definately a no-no. They did not understand english very well at all. Noise from corridor. Pos (credit cart terminal) out of order = only cash payment accepted. The whole place stunk of cigarette smoke (like most places in Austria) and it was very noisy.. Bit dingy but its the dark wood everywhere - not just in this place.My room was the one with private bathroom but it's too small!. The room was right under the roof and we had just a small window looking at the wall of another house. But the price was, certainly, rather low.noise from the internal bar. room 7 was near to toilets. The room was very small and we were disappointed as had booked a double room but were given a twin. They were unable to change us due to full vacancy but the receptionist was apologetic and friendly still. There was no soap.Small, shabby room at an unfair price...everything promised was there, as tv, toilet, shower and breakfast, but with low quality. The reception (I guess was the boss) was not helpful, even not willing to explain a little bit about the travel information of Innsbruck, but simply tell us go to the traveler info center.
