The staff was phenominal. They were very caring and they went out of their way to help us with everything. The location is perfect, better than we thought when we booked. Right on the river!. all reviews » We had the room that slept 6 people and had 2 bathrooms. The room was vey big and had a nice feel. As 5 adults and one child we had enough space for all of our luggage and the main bathroom had a separate toilet, so it was perfect. The breakfast was great - one of the best we had in 5 weeks of travel! The location is good as well - just across the bridge to the sights. Central to Innsbruck, Reception very polite and always ready to help, local knowledge very good. Very comfortable room, super bathroom. Veiw across Innsbruck .... Staff helpful .... Parking Good!!. I would like to have in hotel room an electric teakettle and microvavve oven. it's location, the staff were very kind and helpful, the room was very cleen. Good position, close to all points of interest. The most convinient advantage of the hotel , is it's location . It is exactly at the edge of the old historic center of the city, so you can go by foot, and it is easy accessible form the motorway.The rooms are big and comfortable.Car park was a plus. The reception staff were not always the friendliest - we got the impression they didn't really want to be there!. The overall decor was a litlle kitch. lack of coffee making facilities in room, safe didn't work. That parking garage is a challenge!. Sadly, our room overlooked the back street and the club bar made for an extremely noisy night, coupled by some other noisy residents that meant we did not get peace and quiet until nearly 5am! However, had we been at the front, I'm sure that would have been a lot quieter.the beds were like boards. The poor breakfast, nothing to eat.a bit small but we are Canadians... the beds were uncomfortable. Receptionist was a bit robotic. The breakfast was not so good, I missed some hot meal (e.g. bacon and eggs). Air conditioning was not powerful enough. Breakfast : tables not always quickly cleaned. As a consequence,you have to seat in th back of the breakfast room. Buffet notrenewed on time. Poor selection of pastries and hot meal. Airconditionning not efficient. Parking situation and i couldnot pay with my best western card. I was given a double room for single occupation but the room was very small and in no way would I have accepted the room for double occupation.There is lack of big space for common use. Very small loungeand bar ,good for max 10 persons. I would say also that the breakfast is sufficient ,but it could have been better. Definately not a four star hotel. more like a three or two star.It looked shabby from the outside, and inside wasn`t any better. Room decor left a lot to be desired. Breakfast was nothing like it was stated in review.

The parking garage is 100 metres behind the hotel. Arriving guests can stop briefly about 30 metres from the hotel in a loading zone to unload their luggage. Arrival by car:
- Take motorway A12 coming from east or west or motorway A13 coming from south
- Exit Innsbruck-West (79)
- At the next crossing turn left (direction "Zentrum" city centre)
- At the next crossing turn right (street name: Innrain), approximately 1.5 km straight on
- Turn left and cross the bridge (named Innbrücke)
- Our hotel is situated to the left after the Innbrücke on the right hand side

Parking:
Our hotel is the only one in the city centre featuring free parking. The hotel's own garage is situated 100 metres behind the hotel (without direct access to the hotel) and offers 24 places across 2 levels. To unload your luggage please stop in front the hotel in the hotel loading zone. Your room key allows you to enter the garage at any time during your stay.

Please note: You don’t need to make a reservation for the car park. The garage is only suitable for cars at a maximum size of 3.20 metres in length and 2.20 metres in height. Parking on the street is free of charge from 19:00 to 09:00 and during weekend.

Arrival by train:
The main train station is 2.5 km away from our hotel. Getting from the train station to our hotel is easiest by taxi ( approximately 7 minutes).

Arrival by plane:
Innsbruck airport is 3.3 km away from our hotel. We recommend a taxi (approximately 12 minutes) or bus line F. The bus comes every 15 minutes. Please leave the bus at the bus stop for the Congress/Hofburg or Anichstrasse.
