The owner and staff were friendly and helpful - an unexpected flight change was accommodated without charge as was a variation of check-in time. They looked after our luggage prior to our flight home. It was good value, quite basic but comfortable accommodation which served a purpose. The r - The appartment is very comfortable, well furnished and clean( they do charge €50 cleaning fee).We had number 912, with access to a terrace. The view was towards Alps / river and part of Downtown . Laundromat on premises is a plus. Safe parking underground(€10/day extra). Mr Forisch is very efficient at addressing issues. They did allow one extra child no extra charge.

I stayed in a single room, so it was simple but just what I needed after a long day of touring.

  I spent two nights at Hotel Rosenvilla, and couldn't have been happier with my choice. Service was impeccable, and Stephanie warrants special mention for having assisted me in finding the hotel, to the point she actually drove to meet me and lead me there (how humiliating!). The parking is somewhat limited, but never caused me a probl - The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful and really made our surprise birthday trip with all of their attention to detail. The room was large and spacious, the bed comfortable and the bathroom excellent. Breakfast was superb and well worth the money, and the location outside the city centre is no problem as it's easily walkable (15 minutes along the river) or 5 minutes by bus. I would return to this hotel without hesitation.

Some may be concerned because it is outside of town but we found that to be an adva - Perfect location - not too far from Salzburg and still outside so you can enjoy a romantic holiday outside the city, but close enough to have a romantic walk in the city centre.
