The hotel is located in 700 years old historical buildings in the center of Salzburg. It was completely reconditioned in 2003.

The hotel is not adapted for disabled persons.

Important information to guests

Please note that the Old Town is a pedestrianised area. Guests can drive to the hotel for unloading luggage. Access is only possible via Bergstraße. The reception provides reduced tickets for the Linzergasse public parking garage (at Glockengasse 4a). Arrival and departure is possible from Monday to Saturday from 06:00 to 11:00. From 11:00 onwards and on Sundays and public holidays guests require a code which is available upon request via the telephone. Guests can call Altstadt Hotel Stadtkrug free of charge from the bollard by the property. Please note that air conditioning is not available.
