excellent location for a visit to Townsville. Apartments were comfortable and quiet. There is a great coffee shop and also a bar/restaurant as part of the complex.It is also within walking distance to Palmer Street and The Strand. The space in the apartment for me & my daughter, her husband & their baby. We also liked its proximity to the train station, as that was our mode of travel , local shops, Sunday markets & eating places.

The locality was great. We had a hire car but it was central and not too far from anywhere we wanted to go. We had a beaut view over many aspects of downtown Townsville. Staff were very good, never felt couldnt ask for help when they were there!Appartments very comfortable, no noise! Good size for 1 bedroom appartment. It was convenient to public transport, quiet, modern and spacious for 2 adults. It was very affordable and well located to Townsville CBD. Self service apartment with everything needed for a short stay. Not far from central areas of town and cafes. Very modern and clean. Clean modern apartments with a nice looking gym and pool which we unfortunately didn't have time to use. It was a nice place to stay, convenient location and the apartment was really well suited to our needs. Nice decor and convenient location. Good amenities & BBQ clean. Also lawn is well maintained. The apartment was on the road but there was no traffic noise and very noise from other guests. Perfect location,safe secure car parking...Rooms a good size and comfortable... Clean, comfortable felt like home would book again if in the area. A modern well appointed development with good facilities. Rooms were spacious and washing facilities were great. 2 bedroom apartment was a great size for three adults. Security, friendly staff, size of the appartments. self-contained, private apartment with balcony. Facilities were great, close to sports centre. the openess, view. Very neat. The apartment was well appointed and set out. All requirements were met within the kitchen and layout. The beds were comfortable and the room was very spacious. Loved the huge outdoor area. I've stayed before and found it great. Location, value for money and comfort. As I was a late arrival it was nice to have the lights on in my apartment. Good comfortable units. Beds good, loved having 2 bathrooms. The apartment was spacious and well appointed. Size of apartment and location. It was nicely decorated. The layout of the room, good size apartment. Great pool. We stayed on level 9, the only thing we didn't like was the amount of light & heat that came through the high windows above the curtains. Our apartment was east facing & got the morning sun. Nothing. Aircon was too cold and remote wouldnt work, couldnt adjust temp. No one at reception over weekend so couldnt ask for help. could have been a few extra items in kitchen eg can opener. The internet connection wasn't working. TV didn't work at all, staff were pleasant and efficient, but the whole experience was a little impersonal, which I guess is in keeping with it being an apartment complex rather than a five star hotel. Would I stay again? Yes, if the rates remain competitive. The smoke alarm was faulty; it went on during use of dryer and continued after dryer was switched off and continued next day. Kitchen sink valve also not working. Need more kitchen wipes due dust. Air con in bedroom didn't work...No chairs or table in balcony area... The 4.4% surcharge on MX, without any signage on their front desk! and hidden away on their web site. No one at reception. Not the best location for tourists, however we were aware of this upon booking and value for money was better than a 2 bedroom on The Strand. Easy walk to supermarket. Rooms were dusty. We asked for two single beds in one room so our daughter could stay with us but it was a king and a double so she didn't fancy sleeping with her brother so she had to go home each night. Should of had brochures of where to eat and things to do. The blind in the main bedroom was not attached therefore allowing the early morning sun ensuring an early wake up call. The second bedroom was quite noisy. The dryer was not clean as there was hair in the dryer. Extremely hard to locate with lack of signage or street numbers visible from Flinders St, as the apartments are set back off the road. This time we were disappointed because 1. our ensuite basin was filthy when we arrived. No iron and a board without a cover. Replacement and cleaning happened very quickly though. But our bedroom air conditioners in both rooms didn't work and nothing happened to fix them. We stayed 3 nights. I don't sleep well without air cons. There was no desk and the lighting was inadequate for working, plus there was no information about the complex eg could I use the gym or not. My coming and going times never connected with reception so some in room information would have helped also where to put rubbish?. A bit far out from places like The Strand but in saying that there are buses very close and taxi service excellent.Also these places are wwithin walking distance Cleaning attention to detail a liitle lax, eg toilet rim. Finding the apartment after hours was difficult. Some repairs required in apartment, i.e. curtains, TV remote, carpets need cleaning etc. The bed was very uncomfortable my neck is still sore :(. No blankets, no spare pillows, dirty balcony, no cleaning products for the kitchen and no bin liners for the bins. Told reception about this and still Niobe came up to fix these problems. There is also no signage on the Main Street to find this place so good luck arriving at night time!. Choose apartment because they had spa bit of a disappointment as no bubbles or heat. Wires hanging out of switches. Sun lounges were perished in sun and needed thrown out all ripped so very dangerous. Mould thick on shower door track. Cleaning was very poor needed bugs and dirt removed from light fittings. Remotes for air conditioners not working reception replaced batteries but that wasn't the problem. So had to stand on chairs. Poorly maintained. Inadequate supply of bowls etc in kitchen. Was not the cleanest of places. The apartment was filthy - the carpet was disgusting. The light in the upstairs bathroom did not work therefore you could not use this bathroom. In the advertisement there is no mention of stairs inside the apartment and this made our stay very difficult as we had a disabled child with us. the front and back verandahs were filthy.
