Good attention to detail. The unit had almost everything supplied for comfort and convenience. Location is great and makes a car unnecessary. I look forward to my next stay from 24-27 December. I have stayed at these apartments twice now and have always found the staff professional, helpful and friendly. the room has always been clean. Will continue to stay here when in Sydney.

Check in staff very friendly and helpful, bed was fantastic, in room facilities plentiful. Would definitely use again and recommend to one and all. Gorgeous views, friendly staff, plenty of great restaurants in the area and very easy traveling back and forth between the apartment and the city. Easy for buses and bus to ferry,supermaket and good bars and eating places. Washing machine/cooker/TV/goodWiFi. The convenience to the conference I was attending. I'd like to have been told beforehand that payment was in advance, and that as I arrived late on Sunday the first night's cost would be taken from my credit card. This was done without letting me know until later. Also the new policy of holding $100 from my bank account from 1 December seems offensive. Also it would be good if each unit had a frying pan - not just two saucepans. The only downfall was my schedule, I had to leave earlier than I would have liked!!. Get a room at the back, the noise from traffic lasts all night and. Some of the trucks are very noisy. The rooms are a bit dated and need refurbishing. TV Channels, not all channels had good reception. $30 parking fee on top of the room rate, lack of parking outside the hotel, could only find parks with 2 hour limits, very annoying worrying about car all afternoon and in the morning before chech out. no soap holder in shower for own soap. The apartment had a faulty washing machine. facilities ageing, door lock on room unable to be open with one key, could not call for help as could not get into room. needed help from another guest to call after hours reception for help. no air con in bedroom. service, weird cheap bedding(two sheets folded over tomake a doona cover), being greeted with smoke alarm disclaimer and subsequent evacuation on alarm being tripped with no direction or information from staff until quizzed. dishwasher didn't work.
