They responded to our requests promptly. Position, close to public transport, CBD, fabulous restaurants in walking distance from apartment. Had every thing we needed in the apartment and was very comfortable and clean, it was a pleasure to be there. The apartment was very modern and spacious.

  I stayed for a night with my mum. The wonderful hosts greeted us on arrival and carried our bags to our studio appartment. Service and amenities were excellent and very well maintained. We regretted having to leave but had to press on..

  We have stayed here before and were very happy with the cleanliness of the apartment. It is very bright and spacious. We would recommend you to anyone. - Clean, had everything we needed to cook, comfortable couches, good water pressure and heat in shower. Good heating, nice and open.

Our hotel room was beautifully decorated, and the bed was beyond comfortable, nothing like your usual hard hotel bed with stiff sheets.   Quay West Suites provided all that we needed for a weekend trip to Melbourne. It is within convenient walking distance from the NGV, Federation Square, The Arts Centre, Hamer Hall, etc, with lots of restaurants at Southbank. I would absolutely recommend staying there!!!

  Really loved their 2 bed apartments. We only stayed 1 night whilst travelling from Adelaide to Melbourne. These apartments are clean, functional, spacious, ideal and worth the money. The photos don't do the apartments justice.
