  The one bed apartment was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The location of the hotel was perfect and we liked how convenient parking was.   The waiter at the burger bar was fantastic - he really deserves to be acknowledged. My family and I had to attend a funeral that same day and he was fantastic that night we went in to the bar for tea. He entertained us for the night within his role and demonstrated how much he cares and contributes to his job and reputation of the resort. Thank you so much - its an experience we a - Our stay was fabulous. The staff were lovely and couldn't do enough to make our stay comfortable. The breaky was lovely and free.. The food at the restaurant was delicious and very reasonable in price. It's close to all the shops and restaurants of which there are many in this fabulous town. A lovely stay. Thank you so much. We will definitely be back.

  Cannot believe how amazing my stay was!! Will be recommending it to everybody! Rather clean facilities in a real quite down to earth location Was a little scared after some if the negative reviews I read but them people I believe are crazy :) Beds & pillows are like cloud cushions & the resort was situated dead centre of all attractions ... what people say » around the island Heated indoor pool Solar heated outdoor pool Spa, sauna with towels provided, heating & air con in the room also my favourite p - We were attending a Jazz Festival at the Resort. We found the facilities very good our only disappointment was the lack of understanding of our needs by the catering staff. We waited 32 minutes for coffee on Saturday morning,The catering facilities in the room where the music was played did not open until 5pm, t.he resort missed out on a large amount of revenue. I could see no reason why it old not open at say 10am.Allinall we had a tremendous time and have booked for the same weekend next year

  It's the best hotel in our trip. Good location, beach is behind house. Very warm and cozy stay, like a home. Complete facilities, swimming pool, in house kitchen, laundry facility, balcony, massage tubs, sitting room, everything looked perfect. Good atmosphere, good design! All of us like it very much! Heath i think the guy who checked us in was very nice. the food was great, the room was very nice and clean. you steps away from the beach. if i come back to aus and will be spending time in the lorne i must come back to this hotel.

  great place to stay,clean friendly staff,just a stroll from the main town. enjoy sitting around the pool during the day then having a hit on the tennis courts, followed by taking the kids to the games room before bed. have stayed there every january for the last 5 years with family & friends and continue to go back for a relaxing getaway. - ... what people say » The way staff were very welcoming, especially the young man with the delightful dog! There was plenty of room in the unit we had and everything was very clean and well maintained. We will most definitely be staying here again as the location is perfect for our requirements.

  Everything was wonderful - reception staff were very pleasant, room was large and very comfortable and the location was simply stunning. Added to all of this was the bonus of a continental breakfast, all for an extremely reasonable tariff. Even though it is located a few kilometres out of Albury, it is well worth the drive to enjoy what this mot... what people say » el has to offer. - Liked the country feel of the accommodation, out of the city but still close enough should we need anything. Loved the peacocks roaming around free. Free wi-fi is also good. Handy to Lake Hume (i.e. right there) for summertime, and in nicer weather the mini-golf would be fun.

  we liked everything about this villa we were in except for the front steps we are all over 70 and pretty fit but the steps were steep.
