great place to stay,clean friendly staff,just a stroll from the main town. enjoy sitting around the pool during the day then having a hit on the tennis courts, followed by taking the kids to the games room before bed. have stayed there every january for the last 5 years with family & friends and continue to go back for a relaxing getaway. The way staff were very welcoming, especially the young man with the delightful dog! There was plenty of room in the unit we had and everything was very clean and well maintained. We will most definitely be staying here again as the location is perfect for our requirements.

The location is close to town,the rooms are compact but ample for our requirement, and facilities (spa, sauna etc) were great. Staff, well A+++ in all aspects. The feel of the resort was of the old world style and was very comfortable. Breakfast was very well catered for. The resort was quiet maybe because it was at the end of ski season. Nice & quiet when we stayed mid-week with grandchildren. Good facilities for young children (Pool & Playground)and good location. I love the place, this is the second time I have stayed there in a few weeks, I will go back, location is great, so much to do. Great facilities including pool and tennis court. Very close to town. Overhead fans in all rooms to beat the heat. The room was good and roomy. Facility well maintained. Kitchen in family rooms are well kept. Value for money, comfortable accommodation and facilities. friendly staff , clean well maiintain resort.. Counter staff reception extremely friendly. The resort was kept lovely and clean. Location, size of room, size of beds. Relaxed comfortable surroundings. It was exactly what I expected. Lovely room and great staff. Clean and value for money,. good size rooms good bed. Breakfast catered for our daughter who needs a gluten free diet, which was great!. cabins are clean & affordable but can do with alittle updating. new carpet or new kitcen perhaps. The smell and noise from the air conditioning unit in the second bedroom (one with 2 single beds) Just needs a little service. I should have stayed longer, that is my only regret. Room was on other side of building so didn't have an outdoor seating area. Could have gone around other side but we had child sleeping. Everything else was pretty good. Was in room 228 and found that the air-condition(heater) output in the main hall and the master room needs a check for its filters. There is a ammonia/urine like smell from the air-conditioning(heating mode). We thought it was momentarily but it remains. Obvious when standing where the hot air jets out. there is mountain view in the add photo but its not from the resort and I cant view any mountain from resort .... None. Thought we had booked a room with a view of the pool. Instead we looked out at a hedge. The room seemed more spacious online than in real life. Breakfast was not worth the money. Not bad, but you can get way better in town for $22. Nothing. No facilities for recycling. The bathroom sign said you were environmentally friendly but I had to put glass and paper in general waste. Noise from school kids at night. noise from the neighbours. The room wasn't ready to check in. They don't clean the room unless you ask and follow up with reception. If u put some place to make fire that's will be great. The room had some rubbish left under the drawers. It was quite expensive for an overnight stay if you are going skiing as you don't use all the extra facilities. We could have stayed on the mountain for the cost of the 2 bedroom apartment.
